Kiri Samba / Samba / Nadu rice 500g

A big onion

A little bit of young curry leaves

Garlic Big4

Red onion6

Peppercorns3

A little peppercorns

Lime

Pottery and Ceramics Salt

Coconut oil

Cardamom

Earrings


First, wash the rice, add enough water, add enough salt, cardamom, cloves and cook the rice. (Not berries)


Now add the curry leaves, garlic, red onion, green chillies, pepper and enough salt and blend well. Then add enough lime.

Then chop the big onion into squares.


Now put some oil in the pan and add the chopped onion and let it fry for a while. Then add the curry paste and mix well. Now add the cooked rice and mix well. Add salt if needed. Very tasty rice. Try it yourself.
